Click the start button next to the search text box. The system will
display all patients that the current user can access:

Backup data form can be open from Event Logs or Form Properties:
If a data form has been modified or deleted. The data before modify
or delete can be found from the event logs.
Double click the log item, a dialog will popup:
From the Details tab, a new “Open” button has been added. Click the
button will show you the backup data in the form.
The historical data can also found from the Form Property Dialog.
Right on a form and select Property menu from the popup menu:
You will see all access history from the History tab. If the access
type is Update, double click it will show you the form before the
update.
